The lady who did my hair did well on trimming and was getting ready to thin my hair but grabbed the scissors instead and chopped off about inches of my hair. Though she gave a refund and attempted to blend it in, it didn't work.
We saw Coutney today for my 10yo son cut. This cut is amazing! Exactly what we asked for. I honestly think this is the best cut he has ever had. Service: Kids' cuts
Walked in to get my hair trimmed. 3 stylist there waiting as they had no customers. Was told if I wasn’t on waiting list it would be 20-25 mins. I asked why there is a wait if no one is there. Was told that’s the rules. If this is a management decision then that person needs training. My hair usually takes less then 10 mins to cut. Needless to say I didn’t wait. The people there are losing revenue and tip money with these kind of rules. Won’t go back to this location
