I took my mother here for a fun girls day and we had the worst experience ever !!! My mom had gel color painted on hands and toes that looked horrible and blotchy and not evenly painted on her nails and toes. Then my mom had her hair colored and cut by Ala. Ala would not listen to what my mom wanted about her hair color and Ala wouldn't even give my mom the hair cut she wanted. Horrible experience and I feel so awful for my mom. We scheduled to get her hair fixed by another salon. Would never recommend this inexperienced and unprofessional salon to anyone!
The owners of the new building which is located just next store to me on 8th and grand like to park their Audi in the middle of the ally way whenever they are there instead of in the giant parking lot attached and when I asked then to move so I could get to my house they very rudely told me they weren't going to. That since they own the building they would do whatever they want. It was like the most insane thing ever.
Sadie is very professional and does an amazing job! I'll admit I've gone to other salons throughout the years, because I didn't plan far enough in advance, but I always end up coming back to Five60!
