This place is a real class act. Good work with manicure+pedicure, great no chemicals, nice big windows and natural light. Reception in particular very on top of things. All good with an ingrown toenail also. Everyone was very kind when I had old dog in tow. Prices are a bit steep for me, but commensurate with Fort Collins. Velvet Files is top.
My gel manicure lasted less than a week before chipping. My thumb started chipping within 48 hours. :/ Felt good and luxurious at the time, but overall not worth the price. Service: Manicure
They don’t take off nails, so if you need help with that, don’t bother. You will get a message like, “we only do natural.” To which I replied, “yes, I want that I just need help getting older dip nails off.” They won’t help you. You must get older nails off elsewhere and then why go back to Velvet Files? I tried going “natural” and healthier but ended up ripping my old nails off myself which definitely wasn’t healthy because I didn’t have time to go elsewhere that day, but the entitled response makes me not want to try again.
