So so so happy I went here. Jax cut my hair and the whole visit was just great. I have the best cut/style I’ve had in ten plus years. We also did a consult on hair color. I can't recommend Cruzita highly enough for a women's haircut! I had my first appointment with her in October 2022 and my second in February 2023 and she was lovely in both. She takes time to listen and understand exactly what you want. She makes you comfortable and makes sure you leave happy. Go see her!!! The salon is clean and everyone is incredibly nice. Sometimes I find salons like this to be intimidating and my anxiety makes me not want to come back but everyone at The Parlour makes you feel welcome. It's easy to book and reschedule online and you can email questions and cancellations if phone calls aren't your thing.

I recently got my haircut and dyed by Jax and I couldn't be happier! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, which is no easy task. She cut several inches and gave me a cut that works perfect for my low maintenance lifestyle and even gave me some tips on how I can easily style my hair if I wanted to. The color is gorgeous too! I wanted to try something different than my usual light brown and asked for a darker brunette with some red tones - she nailed it! I started the day feeling like I needed to shave my head because I was so over my hair but now I feel beautiful again! I am so grateful! 10/10. I'll definitely be back.
