Supercuts

I made an appointment on the website. Arrived and the door was locked . No one was there, no sign posted, and the phone just rang and rang. Staffing is super difficult for everyone, so it was probably just an absence of the only employee scheduled to work. But whoever manages the place and didn't take any steps to communicate that they had to close. My appointment was early afternoon so they should have had time to take care of that. (I apologize, I don't know how to reply to a business owner's response except to edit my review.) This was at 12:20 on Friday April 29th for a 12:20 appointment. There was also a "We're sorry we missed you" sticker from UPS stuck to the glass door, with 9: 30am listed as the time. Once I noticed that, I figured I should give up on anyone being there. It worked out okay for me, I was able to be seen at another salon.

Called and asked if we could get an appointment if we arrive in about 10 mins. She told us to come on over. We get there and the door is locked and no one is there.

Great experience with Miranda ( I hope I remember her name right). Got me in quick and did a great job on my hsir.
