Color was 90% wrong even with pictures! I tried to talk and she shut me down, making me nervous. Then i tried to discuss my current haircut and she intrupted me and said, "No, the cut is fine". Ugh. I got a color and treatment. It was bad! I cried when i got home. Called the next day and she told me what i was asking for was 100%impossible and blamed me for the confusion. She also blamed her under-study for mixing the color. What?? She didn't mix the color??? Her helper wasn't even there when Shelby and i briefly spoke. She said the solution was to use cheap shampoo until i achieve my hair lighter "like i may have wanted." She was rude and clearly thought i was unimportant. My appointment with Shelby was a complete disappoinment. As was the follow-up call the next day!!! It was a total waste of money! Others in the salon were polite and professional. Shelby was clearly not involved, telling me she was moving that weekend, etc.... The more i think about it, the more disappoin

My fiancé and I booked joint haircuts before we are getting married. 2 HOURS before the appointment we got a call saying their stylist wasn’t able to come in that day so they couldn’t help us both, with not so much as an apology and made no accommodations to reschedule before our wedding unless we wanted to take time off work to come in. We understand things happen, when those things happen it’s the businesses responsibility to make it right. Period. Their policy clearly states you need to provide a credit card at time of booking in the event you cancel before 24 hrs notice to be respectful of the stylist’s time and yet, not so respectful of ours, the fact that it was for pictures for our wedding etc. we always used to speak highly of this company but it’s clearly gone way down hill. Shannon is by far hands down the best hair stylist I have ever been too. The after results are unbelievable! Shannon is not only amazing at hair but very professional! I never used to look forward to getting my hair done but now I do! The massage in the wash bowl is by far one of the best parts. I started doing extensions with her and I will never go back! An all over amazing experience every single time!!
