It’s taken me a long time to decide to post this. However, trusting in and often relying upon word of mouth recommendations, I felt it more beneficial than not to tell potential new clients of my experiences with DONNA AT ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS SALON in Fort Collins, CO. She does not LISTEN to clients!!! NEGATIVE-Bad color experience with DONNA’S error. I have baby fine hair which is great if you're a baby, but not so good for a 65-year-old. Chloe gave me a haircut that made me feel happy. I have had several appointments with her and plan to continue to have her cut my hair.
We moved to FoCo about a year and a half ago, and I've been searching for a good salon. This place was recommended by a friend of my wife, so I booked with Kelly. She was awesome, friendly, understood what I was going for, and we had a great chat about kids throughout. I know where I'll be going from now on.
