Great Clips

This particular store is poorly managed and has ongoing staffing issues. Pandemic over for a year...still no one wants to work there... The other several nearby GC stores manage to maintain and service their clients. This store could go away, and no one would notice....

The lady cut off way too much hair. I went in for my normal pre-summer hair ritual of "thinning" my hair. Thinning is a process of getting rid of some of the amount of hair NOT the legth. I had very long hair and a lot of it. Now I have neither. My hair was down to my butt now it's to the bottom of my shoulder blades. I am horrible at confrontation especially with service workers so I rambled as I paid and left. Now I have years of hair growth to do. Please don't be me. Please don't cut people's hair if you don't know what they are are asking for. I love my hair. If someone has hair that long they clearly love it. I came home and cried for hours. It may sound silly to you but it matters to me.

Not a fan on how I was treated. They skip me to help other people that checked in after me, my ears kept getting scratched with the comb the stylist was using, kept pulling my hair and felt rushed even though there was no body in the store. Bobbi didn't even bother to use a mirror so I can see what she did to the back of my head. This place was good and I use to come here a lot when I was a kid and adult and now I will never come back. I recommend going somewhere else that won't treat you like a used car at a mechanic.
