Not the cut I asked for. Way too short. Not me. Not my style. Will take a month to recover. Doreen did not listen to my request. Never again. Been a customer there for 15 years.
If I could give 0 I would. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for a Monday. They had one at 1:30 and I was set. At 1PM Monday they called to cancel due to the stylist being "sick". Oh did I mention it was Labor Day weekend! Will not try a Cost Cutters again the name says it all, you get what you pay for, or is it you don't get anything because the cut corners and hire substandard stylist who can't cut it?
DOREEN!!!! My lines are perfectly straight! Super clean cut all around there are no stragglers and I have had multiple hairstylists fail to do what Doreen has done perfectly for me today. Thank you SO much! Service: Long haircut
