I've been seeing Meredith for massages for a couple years now, and absolutely love her. The thing that impresses me most about her is the way she pays attention to detail. I have issues with my left knee, and from the start she has been really mindful of that specific area - always remembering / avoiding the things that bother it during a massage. I also saw Meredith throughout my entire pregnancy, sometimes weekly, because her massages are not only relaxing but also helped to manage that back pain I dealt with through the last few months before giving birth. I would 100% recommend a massage with Meredith to anyone!
