The Knotty Kids Salon

Mo was so kind and warm with my daughter. The atmosphere is wonderful and they are patient with the little ones. They have iPads available and the decor and ambiance was so festive for Christmas. Will definitely be coming back!

We have had the privilege to work with Rosie. She always takes her time and fosters real relationships with her kiddo clients (and their families). This salon is staffed by individuals who care immensely for their clientele and are passionate about what they do. Not just another kids place where the fastest stylist wins.

Today was the second time we’ve gone to Knotty Kids. The first time, Rosie was great. This time, we saw Chanell (maybe?) and although the cuts were good, she didn’t really talk to me or the kids—just the other employees. However, what was a little disappointing was that both she and the lady at the front desk made some gender stereotype assumptions about my son. First, the lady at the front desk called ahead to ask if my appointments were for boys or girls, and when I answered one of each, she said she was asking because one of the stylists had had to leave early and she was moving things around, and she was trying to figure out how much time to budget. Well, then the question shouldn’t have been about my kids’ gender. It should have been about hair length. My 9yo, beautiful son has thick hair down his back.
