Salon Theory Wash Park

I absolutely love this salon and have been coming here for years. I've had multiple stylist who have both cut and colored my hair. Emily, Cristy (the owner), Layla and Katie have l been accommodating, worked with my schedule and not only listen but they hear what my wants and desires are and meet and match my expectations with their expertise. Not only do they do hair but they also do nails as well. Best salon and extremely talented artist here at Salon Theory.

I am disappointed to tell of what happened today. I have blonde hair, and I scheduled and appointment for a partial highlight to brighten my roots. They accidentally dyed a large portion of my hair blackish/brownish/ reddish, which was unfortunate but fine because they got me in for an appointment with a different stylist that same day. For my second appointment, I requested a full highlight so that they would be able to correct the black color, as well as correct the roots/brighten my hair like I originally requested. I spent a total of 7 hours at the salon today, I missed class and was late to work because of it, but I was not comfortable going in public with black streaks in my blonde hair. As I was leaving, the owner told me she would charge me for a full highlight because "that is what you wanted." However, the only reason I needed the full highlight was to correct their mistake. The owner was also incredibly condescending, was not understanding, and did not demonstrate good custo

Hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot over my 14 years in Denver). Maria has been my stylist for close to 10 years and I followed her over from the other salon. She always does an amazing job and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair thanks to her. Kristy has also done my highlights when Maria has been out of town a few times and she also does beautiful work! Everyone there is so nice and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The salon itself is gorgeous and clean and they have done an awesome job of transforming it into their own and adding tons of beautiful touches and changes. I also love being able to make online appointments from their website. Highly recommend to anyone who has been salon hopping and trying to find “the one.” Salon Theory is the place!!
