I'm not one to spend time writing a negative review, but the experience I had with this studio, specifically CarthyC (Instagram name), was horrendous. Therefore, I feel obligated to share the interaction I had with her yesterday. I want to make it known that my intentions are not to defer you from utilizing Carthy's services. I only wish to inform everyone of my experience in hopes that you don't get scammed out of 500 DOLLARS. So I had been waiting for my microblade appointment since January... 7 months of eagerness and patience. It was not clearly expressed that there were different 'Phenix Salon Suites' in the CO region. Thus, I ended up at the wrong location after leaving work for a half-day. I arrived at 2:20 yesterday when my appointment was scheduled for 2:30, 10 minutes early. I messaged her on Instagram immediately (the only way to get in contact with her) when I realized this was not the correct location. I informed her that I screwed up and I would be 18 minutes late because
