TLDR: Holistic salon does not want children in the salon at all unless the child is getting a service. They lack compassion for families and the courage to have face to face conversations. This review is for patrons who are parents. In June 2022 we were made aware of a no kids policy. We had been bringing in our daughters when childcare fell through, schedules changed etc., instead of cancelling. I figured that cancelling last minute (not earning $) was worse than bringing in a kid. And each time, we explained and apologized. Stylist and owner present said it was ok every single time. Because this was portrayed as a ‘safety’ issue, I feel compelled to state that our children have never touched a curling iron, grabbed scissors, or run around the salon disturbing other patrons. Second, It would be one thing if this were a quiet and serene environment.
