I’m deeply disappointed by the business’ level of unprofessionalism. Stephanie will make up prices depending on how she feels and waits to let you know what she thinks she’s earned (and will actually be charging) after the service has been completed. She also stopped multiple times while I was in the chair to carry on personal phone conversations. - I called you about it and you already told me that there was nothing you could do to make it right, so I simply wanted to warn customers. Thank you for your response.
I had an appointment with Stephanie horse and flat iron. She was very nice, knowledgeable & started on time. Great experience, I'll definitely be returning
