I had Maddie as my hairdresser. I showed her some inspo pics of what I wanted, she immediately shut that down saying that’s not possible…literally all I wanted was 3” cut off, long layers and face framing, all I asked was to not make my hair thin with too many layers. I think she was annoyed my hair was long and that I didn’t know all the technical hair terms to describe what I wanted. Every time she brushed my hair, she yanked it so hard, it hurt so freaking bad, my scalp was sore after for a couple days. The haircut turned out alright, I will not take that from her, she knows her job but her attitude wasn’t the best and she wasn’t the friendliest. She didn’t say a word to me after discussing what I wanted initially, which is fine and what I prefer. I’m wondering why other reviewers had a different experience than me with her. Anyway, if I do go back here I’ll request a different hairdresser.

I have very long hair that has been colored a few times and then Malibued out. It's been at least three months since I had anything done with it. When I sat down with a Groupon for this salon at $52 for a full color or full highlight she scoffed at me and said that this would cost way more than a Groupon. I told her out loud I thought she was being insensitive and that I have cash. "It'll be $250 she says" Then stated she didn't even believe my hair would lift and how this is all a process. I was a beautician in Michigan and am fully capable of doing my own hair however; I looked forward to the peace of someone else doing it. I've had my hair tested and waited the proper amount of time but truth be told she didn't seem interested in the amount of work my hair would be. Danita was rude and I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Please avoid this place. They ruined my hair. I am a natural redhead but I'm starting to get some grays so I came in to get my grays covered and add some dimension to my hair in a natural color close to my own She gave me Ronald McDonald red!! This color does not grow out of anyone's head naturally. And she did huge, chunky highlights when I asked for a very subtle, natural look. I have been crying for 2 days because I don't know how it can be fixed. To top it off, she was 45 minutes late starting my appointment and didn't acknowledge that or apologize. Then when she was in the middle of doing my hair, a girl showed up an hour early and she decided to go ahead and do her hair at the same time as mine. So she left the foils on for about an hour and I feel like it was too long because my whole scalp is itchy and inflamed.
