BB Nails is absolutely the best!! One on one private salon. Very clean safe space. Angie the nail tech is very skilled, artistic and professional!! Great appointment availability and fair prices.
Drove 45 min for an appointment with one of the stylists, Lisa. I showed up and she wasn’t even there. I called her multiple times and left a voicemail and she hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s been two weeks now. Very unprofessional. No help from anyone either. Had to drive back the 45 min drive to find somebody else. I’ve never felt so undervalued as a customer.
I have been looking for a hair stylist for some time now, I searched Phenix Salon Suites and after reading every 5 start review for Kim, I made an appointment. I told her what I wanted and ask her opinion and I got a beautiful haircut. It is really hard to find someone for me I trust with my hair, with Kim I felt comfortable because she was very confident and straight forward.
