Curl Up N Dye

I had an appointment at this salon to cut my bangs at 6:30pm and I got there exactly on time, and the hairdresser was busy with another hair, so I had to wait. Until then it was fine. She was friendly and I didn’t really mind the wait. I waited for about 30 min, and then she was finally ready to cut my hair. I showed her the photos of how I wanted it and she got my bangs and cut it. Apparently she was in a hurry, because she cut it super fast. Mind you, my hair is very curly and you need to have a technique to cut it. Well, at the time I wasn’t very happy about it, because it seemed that she cut super short, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be rude. Besides, I thought that when I washed my hair and styled it, it might look better. Well, it did not!! It looks horrible! Now I’m stuck with those horrible bangs, and I tried to get at least a refund, and they refused it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone with such curly hair as mine! I'm always worried when trying a new place, specially when it comes to short hair cuts. Nicole took care of my brunette daughter and Patty took care of my blonde. They both did a great job and both of my girls love their hair. **Color was not done at the salon**

I sat down in Becky's chair not sure what I wanted to do but knowing that I wanted something different from my long hair. I shared some photos of styles I liked. Knowing that I'm a low-maintenance kinda gal (truly, the idea of having to style anything is overwhelming to me), she offered some great suggestions to achieve the look I wanted without the hairspray or blow dryer. I'm more than pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend this amazing salon.
