Unique Nails

Update: it’s been two days and two of my nails have already popped off.????????‍♀️ The worst experience ever to the point I cried for 10 minutes in my car after I left. I came here because a friend highly recommended this place. When I called at 10am to ask if they can accommodate a walk in for Gel X, they said yes and immediately hung up on me. I didn’t think anything of it. I arrived at 10:30 and was immediately seated but the lady that removed my old set was not friendly at all. More walk-ins came in and she bounced off to do another removal. I said nothing and waited patiently. Taking off my nails and putting on the new set took an hour and a half! She looked like she was having a hard time throughout the whole process. Another lady came and did my polish afterwards and immediately proceeded to put on a white color that I did not pick. I told her that since I came in, nobody asked me what I wanted. She immediately ran and got me the swatches but said nothing to me the rest of the t

Really nice staff but a bit too heavy handed for my taste. I had acrylic removal and a shellac manicure. The removal went okay although the drill nicked me a few times on my skin but it was the cuticle removal that had me in pain. I didn’t want to say anything when there because she was so nice but my cuticles still hurt.

Wen is so talented! She consistently amazes me with her attention to detail. You’ll never feel rushed if Wen’s taking care of you. Best nail tech in Colorado!
