Wish I could say I had a better experience. Mandy, my stylist, was really nice and gave a good haircut. What you’d expect for the money you pay. However, the balayage (if you could even consider it a balayage) was awful. I showed her pictures and we discussed it for a good 10-15 minutes. She even talked with her co workers and Face-Timed someone else to figure out how she was going to do it. It was like she hadn’t attempted a balayage before. My natural hair is dark brown and my hair came out only a shade lighter with a very noticeable stripe of blonde down the back on my head. After speaking with the owner, Dennis, I came back in and he confirmed that the balayage looked bad. He then blamed the toner and suggested a clarifying shampoo to take the toner out and not leave it looking brassy. Funny because the shampoo left my hair brassy and just as bad. Not to mention Dennis had another client waiting on me so he did the bare minimum and rushed me out. Your opinion does not matter at thi

If I count, I would give this business zero starts. I purchased a Groupon for 65 minute facial with this merchant. The Groupon Voucher asked that I email the business in order to schedule an appointment. Over the last month, I emailed the FOUR TIMES, and never received a response. I also called their number and left a voice message, and no one called me back. This behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL. I already contacted Groupon and asked for my money back. For comparison, I purchased a voucher with a different company, and was able to schedule a facial for the following week.

I wanted to do something different with my highlights and was a bit nervous to do so since I was a new client but Ame did not disappoint. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions and looked at the photos I had for what I wanted and she nailed it. I will definitely be coming back! The salon is very clean, cute and comfortable as well. Here are before and after pics with the color she added for me and refreshed cut.
