Went in for the very first time. The entire salon is beautiful and the employees were so nice! I worked with Erin and I was a first time balayage client. She recommended what will look best from warmer or cooler tones for my hair and how light I wanted for my money pieces and tips.. Hair care is important and I had asked what brands are good. She suggested some hair care products that are great for hair care especially with color treated hair that I am excited to purchase. She was super nice and quick with the entire process. I came in for a bang trim and a haircut. I thought the service went well until I got home and realized my haircut was uneven and my bangs are all over the place. Prior to coming in I had smaller bangs and it’s almost like more bangs on the side of my head were cut. The lady was sweet but I just have so much regret coming in, I miss my old hair so much and I’ve spent every single day for the past week, upset with how my hair looks now. All I simply wanted was a bang trim and ends taken off but it’s like I walked away with a completely new hair style :(
