I’ve been a satisfied Serenity customer for many years, but today was truly spectacular! I saw Lilly for the first time, and she is the sweetest, most personable stylist I’ve ever been with. She is talented and very knowledgeable, certainly knows her craft. Can’t wait to come see her again!

I have just recently seen Nicole for a facial and then microneedling, and I can't say enough positive about my experience. The facility is beautifully decorated, and Nicole's salon a very calming environment. Nicole is an exceptional professional, explaining each step and products used. She really spent alot of time with me, both during the facial and the microneedling. I was a little leery of the microneedling process, but she explained all that would happen in depth and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt amazing after both visits, and plan to see her again very soon. I highly recommend that you check out Nicole, and all the ways she can make you look and feel more beautiful!!!

The shop itself is really nice and relaxing. The only thing about is the stylist gave me what is basically a bowl cut. I had asked for curtain bangs so here’s hoping it doesn’t look awful for prom this weekend.
