Overall the place was warm and the people were nice. But I had two bad experiences - one where the stylist seemed to be in hurry after seeing me and didn't rinse out the color completely which in turn gave me headaches and caused me to break out in hives. This happened 2x in a row, however all other visits with her previously were great. After seeing a Dr to make sure I wasn't allergic to the hair dye, I decided to go back. I asked for a different stylist and received a color and a hair cut which was to include a trim, layers, and face framing bangs. After noticing the stylist only trimmed my hair, I asked her 2x when she would cut the rest (as I also got a color, I understood she had a lot going on), but she only said "later" and never did. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged the full amount for a cut - but was told that regardless of a trim or otherwise, the amount was the same. The lady I spoke to at the counter was nice, but I declined to schedule with another stylist out of

Olivia was awesome! I cut my own hair and was trying a new YouTube technique. It ended up a little too short in the front and long in the back. She did a great job evening it out. When I said that would like to do something about the frizz in my hair, she made a no pressure suggestion for conditioning treatment and told me how much it was without me having to ask. Haircut was excellent. Thanks Sera. Checkout was not. Two cashiers had no knowledge of the $10 “hold fee” charged when reserving online. A third person came over and explained it to them. I was told it could not be refunded once I had paid for the haircut. Please train your employees. Service: Haircut
