Cutting Edge Hair - Arvada

Unfortunately after much debate I decided to post based on my experience. Upon arriving (I was 3 minutes late) Mary was already on the phone trying to call. I walk into a very crowded room, against my judgment, take a seat. Hairstylist to my left immediately starts coughing and states how she’d like to lay down, visibly sick. I showed pictures of what I wanted done. I felt rushed, and told to sit while my hair dried which I felt was not much dye at all, whatever she’s the stylist. I get my hair washed out and get a haircut, I will say (and this is the ONLY positive) haircut was nice. While I’m getting my haircut Mary’s phone starts ringing, instead of continuing with the cut she answered several different calls, unprofessional. Fine, whatever. I get up to pay ( which she did charge only what it was, which I was nervous about after reading the fine print on Groupon.) Great, I only need to leave the tip! Well the machine wouldn’t work so I ended up leaving more of a tip (didn’t mind). I

Mary did a beautiful balayage and haircut! She blended my naturally dark brown hair, former highlights, and some gray to a nicely lightened look without the bleach blonde contrast. Over the course of two visits, months apart, she has been able to correct over-bleaching, damaged hair. I'm very pleased! Services: Haircut, Balayage

Mary is awesome! She’s the first hair dresser I’ve gone back to consistently in Colorado. She’s fun to talk to, easy to book appointments with, and her prices are reasonable. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing with color and cuts- I always feel like a more beautiful version of myself when I walk out! Another added bonus is that she’s always on time and works quickly :) I really appreciate that as I often have a busy schedule. Services: Haircut, Balayage
