Venus Nails and Spa

Took my 90 yr old stepfather to get his toenails done for the first time ever. He just can't do his own anymore. Jenny did a great job on him and he decided to let her do his fingernails also. Awesome job. Thanks Services: Pedicure, Manicure

My girlfriend has been going here for a year and she never gets what she wants. We are going to meet my parents so she wanted conservative nails and the technician started to put crystals on them anyway. She said “no thank you” and they wouldn’t remove it so now she has one crystal on her nail and it looks stupid. While she was there another customer was yelling at them saying she didn’t get what she wanted and they need to fix it. They always do more than you ask and charge for it at the end. She’s come back with the wrong color, the wrong shape, and always spends over $100. Today she went for a fill which should be like $25 but they won’t do it. They will do more and more until you scream at them. They take advantage of customers that are too polite to yell, like my girlfriend.

They do a good job. The place is clean and techs are nice. Very few have much English however, and they have been raising prices the last year more into the range of a spa. Not the best value, but it's close. Way better prices elsewhere, but you generally wait a bit.
