Star Nails & Spa

I have been going to Star Nails for over a year now & I have never had a problem, Henry does a great job.

The taller older woman was so rough with me, didn't seem like she cared at all for my business or skin. She tossed my fingers and hands when she was done with each, so briskly as if in a hurry when we were the only 2 customers in there the whole time. She pulled and pushed on my hands and feet when she needed/ was done with them. She even cut my toe and finger as she snipped and trimmed. Also, she couldn't understand me when i asked for her to please polish the whole nail and yet she still left edges of my nails unpolished and heavily triple coated before the top coat. She was saying it would last longer, everyone knows too many layers peel faster and don't last. Iasked her for just 2 layers and she insisted on the third. I'll never go back because of her making me so uncomfortable. Talk about a bad day. I was trying to make conversation and be nice to her to cheer her up maybe and still she would ignore me like she couldn't understandand instead talking to the lady next to her in Viet

She always does her best to do what I ask for I will continue to go there
