Brought my wife in to have her acrylic nails removed. The technician (male) spent 10 minutes trying to rip them off unsuccessfully and caused 2 of her nails to rip and bleed. After multiple attempts to ask him to use another method and her crying from the pain, we had to get up and leave. I won't condem the entire salon from the experience, but this technician was rude, disrespectful, and negligent. We won't be returning. Service: Acrylic nails

Best nail salon I've been too. Nails are always on point and Sophia did my eye brows which turned out amazing. She made me feel very comfortable during the process. We had good conversations. I go there every two weeks and would highly recommend this salon. There customer service is fantastic. Every employee is very attentive.

Terrible experience! It’s my first time to get an eyelash extension and it was so bad! I didn’t know they won’t use a human hair for my eye lash extension (hybrid full set) that’s why it’s cheap. Anyway, my main concern is the result was so awful! It was so bad! My eyes so itchy and my eyes was so red after. My false eyelashes keep falling right after the session! My eyelashes not even too! And the one who did it to me keeps on talking to her friend on the phone for like 30 mins while doing my lashes! She was so loud and she knows she’s near to my ears! She didn’t focus to her job!
