I got highlights done with Jess and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. Absolutely love the outcome! She is explained everything she was doing step by step which was comforting. I was gifted a certificate to get a full body massage. Over all it was an okay experience. When I first walked in, there was a group of women (5-8) standing at the register. They all went their separate ways when I approached, the woman helping me was an older woman ( cannot remember her name). Very nice lady, but her mannerisms could’ve been a tad better. She walked me back, it was a cute waiting area! Smelled wonderful and felt cozy. She gave me an iPad to complete my forms meanwhile informed me of the coupons they had to offer, but she just kept coughing into her hand through the whole time and never seen her use a hand sanitizer or wash her hands. With everything going on, you really can’t be too careful. Once I was called back, my massage by Sadie was wonderful! She genuinely listened to what my problem areas were and made great recommendations, she made me feel very comfortable and really took care of my problem areas.
