Hair Works Family Salon

Won't be going their. Very poor customer service. Women was sitting on her behind. Said no openings til 11:00. Wrong she was just Lazy. And did'nt want to work. Walmart leases that space to this Salon. Myself I work for Wal-mart 22 yrs. I have never been rude to a custmors.Like she was to me.I would give zero stars.But this site won't let me.

If it is possible to give the Hair Salon at YC Walmart ZERO stars, I would have. First time, AND LAST time I will go there. I’ve colored and had my hair cut several times, never an issue. A few mornings ago I went in to have my hair colored, shampooed, and cut. I have never had a salon request that I sign a release because they were doing my hair. THAT in itself should have been a RED flag, but since I’ve never had any hair salon issues I signed it. When L.A. was done and I get a good look at myself. OMG! She had put dye across my forehead, down the sides of my face, my neck, and I even had some on my fingers, and right arm! I asked her if I could have something to clean myself up, her response was that she didn’t want to rub anymore because I was turning RED! She should have STOPPED! I ended up at the doctors office! My face and neck swelled up so bad I was having trouble breathing. When the doctor examined, she told me that what chemicals that were put on my scalp and neck actually b

I have gone at this place on dated 10/05/17 at 02:50pm. I have watched first time poor cutting of bear and head hairs from outlines of hairs and she charge me $28.90.I had go India different different locations for hairs cutting and also USA but never seen that type of poor cutting and she pay me more charge.I suggest to other guys you never go that place If you want value of your money and need Gud cutting.After done cutting.... she give me card and say to me you come again and after 10 cutting 11 is free. I think that why I come back again so you think again .....???
