Galaxy Nails

I went for a pedicure. Cathy was the persona That did my pedicure. I paid $60 included my tip and I could have done a better job at home. My heals are still the same. When I called her after I got home she knew exactly why I was calling back. She asked me to return in 30 minutes and she would scrub them again. I didn't notice at the time. I don't have time to go back I shouldn't have to make another trip back to get the job done the first time. This is so upsetting. Next time I will just change my nail color and I will do the rest at home and save $40. So disappointing.

I came in for a pedicure so I could relax from a rough day !!!! and the woman next to me talked on her phone loudly the entire time I was trying to relax. It was awful and none of the employees though of saying anything to her. I came here to relax and I left more stressed out than when I came. I mentioned my experience to an employee and they didn’t seem overly concerned. And sadly my feet are also still very rough. The woman who did my pedicure was nice but to light handed to be giving pedicures !!! I won’t be back. Service: Pedicure
