I believe that any review less than 5 stars stated in the reviews does not depict the overall aspect of Wisp and Willow!!! My experience with the staff was friendly and welcoming, as they offered me coffee and attended to me in a timely manner. I was impressed with their COVID protocols and didn't feel unsafe during my stay. Every time I visit this shop I’m always certain that I will get the color and style which I will absolutely love. The staff takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind, warm and never rude. ALL stylist are very knowledgable of hair and the products that they sell. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I went to the salon for a complete change. Marissa was my stylist and this is her work of art. The salon is very bright and well ventilated with a modern clean look . There is good music , hundreds of amazing products and kind people. Every time I am in need of some highlights/balayage transformation Marissa always delivers the look!
