It's only cozy if you're comfortable there, which you won't be. it's cramped, too warm, and has a chemical smell which will give anyone with a decent sense of smell a headache. Took my auntie there for Valentine's to get anything she wanted because hey it said 5 stars so it had to be good right? Nope slow service and mediocre work for the price. Friendly staff but way too comfortable in the work place, far from professional. So I waited outside while my auntie got her hair done, luckily for me there was a Mexican food lunch truck right next door parked on the street. I got an authentic Mexican asada taco with the spicy green sauce ❤️ it was to die for. What I witnessed though was unbelievable and so offensive. The older obese employee came out of the salon mumbling profanity! She walked over to the lunch truck and started brazenly yelling at the truck employee to "get the F out of here", that they had no right to be parked there on the street, "no right to be HERE" to "crawl back to Me
