E&E Nails Spa

I went here for the first time for a pedicure. I was excited to try a new place (close to me) that had great reviews. However, the woman who did my pedicure injured the skin around my big toe and by that night, it was throbbing and I couldn't even put a sock on without pain so I knew it was getting infected. I had back surgery so it is extremely difficult to reach my feet, however, by the next morning, I knew I had to somehow do something. I got in the shower and ran hot water over the toe. Then, I poured a lot of hydrogen peroxide on it. Then I dried it and put antibiotic ointment on it and bandaged it. It's now been 3 days and it doesn't look any better (photo attached). I'm going to attempt to remove the polish because I'm concerned I may now have a fungus on the nail as well as an infection. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.
