Peek-a-Boo Kid's Salon

First time taking my son to a kids hair salon. My son just turned 2 and has been recently diagnosed with Autism. I didn’t need to disclose any of this beforehand and I am blown away by the professionalism here. The hairstylist is patient and efficient without showing any effort doing so, truly blessed for this positive experience. Will be recommending to others and will be returning. Be sure to make your appointment ahead of time, they are currently only by appointment. They have an awesome play area for kids to play with while they wait. Service: Haircut

Adults get a haircut too. She is really good! Definitely my favorite place.

Usually when I take my two toddler boys for haircuts it is a nightmare. My three year old hates getting his hair cut and cries uncontrollably. My one year old doesn’t sit still at all. However, this kids salon has changed the game for us. My one year old was distracted by the ambiance, which includes many toys, wall art, tv and even a bubble machine! When he was unsure of the clipper the stylist assured him it was okay and let him touch it so he knew he was safe. It was an amazing experience for him. As for my three year old, he still cried because he dreads haircuts, but the stylist was still able to give him a gorgeous short cut! Despite him wiggling around and avoiding her, it came out great! The stylist is very talented and amazing with kids. I really liked how the entry way is guarded with a child safety gate as well. I didn’t have the common worry in the back of my head. At the end of it all my boys were able to pick out one small toy each. This is definitely our new go to spot.
