Came here for the first time. Pretty cute place. SUPER clean which I appreciate. They use CaviCide to disinfect which is awesome. Latina owned, mother daughter business ♥️. I was seated within a couple of minutes of arriving to my appointment and Yeraldin was very informative with the options and prices. My nails came out perfect. Will definitely be back. Gem in Whittier must try!. Thank you ladies!

I bought my wife and girls certificates for services (mani/pedi) as a surprise for the wife. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience for them. They without any of their doing did anything wrong other than show up early because we were instructed to do so when I called earlier to confirm the appointment time. Then they continued to berate them as they got work done. Again, at no fault of their own. They wanted to leave as they kept getting bothered but stayed because I had already paid. This to me is very unprofessional and a bad practice to berate customers. For this experience we will no longer return. Honestly it's very disappointing because communicating is vital for this type of service and we thought we found a new place. They never at any point wished my wife a happy birthday even after she kept reminding them they are there as a suprise for her or even apologized for their behavior. Just bad customer service. I wished they would have at least tried a little.

I highly recommend this place, I’m so glad I finally found a place where they actually care of the client and not themselves. I love the attention all the ladies give you not just the one doing the service. The owner Alejandra is so welcoming and caring. She came up to me while I was getting my pedicure done and asked how everything was going(in other places never had that experience). This is my spot now I highly recommend it????
