Every time I come here the staff disregards my request to not file or trim my nails and I leave with wonky shapes and sizes. I will not be coming back to this nail salon Service: Pedicure
Extremely disappointed with front desk manager, my wife has been going there since they opened, showing support for a local business, yet this gentlemen always seems to wreck her experience. Her nails were fine, the nail tech did her job, but at the end of the day your experience walking in, then walking out is what makes it. He always seems to have passive aggressive responses and makes her feel uncomfortable. I have provided my feedback directly to him, and he did not care to apologize.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Tran and Tina have been taking care of me for years. I will continue to follow them wherever they go. I enjoy the atmosphere and attention I receive every time I'm there. I highly recommend it! ***the photo of my nails was taken a week after they were done***
