The owner is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. 2 times already has she scheduled an appointment for me and not kept it. I arrive on time being considerate of her time and as I'm arriving she is sitting other girls down and tells me to wait 30-45 minutes. If they can't value their customers then I don't ever wish to ever go back.

Bad customer service! In the beginning the person doing my nails was nice and as soon as i asked her if she could fix my nails that I had already spoken to her about she got mad and told me she was gonna remove it all. When I was paying her for her time and I would even double the cost if it meant I’d leave satisfied with the out come. Told me that I didn’t tell her there was something wrong when she had told me she was going to fix them in the end. I asked for French tips and all the nails were super thick, the shape wasn’t in the form I showed them, all 10 nails were uneven. In the end she removed the nail polish and I went home with no satisfaction of my nail appointment and her service. They made me pay 45 out of the 60 when I should have payed them nothing at all for wasting my time making me think they could do the job. If they told me to pay 20 understandable but they just left my nails beat up. Services: Acrylic nails, French manicures
