This was my first time getting my hair done in California and it'll probably be my last. I can't get over how expensive it was. I paid close to $300 for partial highlights with a root touch up, no hair cut or style. I told the stylist what I wanted and she didn't say anything. Just walked away and came back with bleach or dye. She didn't explain what she was doing as she went along. I had to keep asking. She didn't show me any toner color options either, I had to ask what color she was going to tone too. The highlights turned out kind of patchy in some areas. The stylist just blow dried my hair and didn't style it. I had to style it myself when I got home. The salon itself was very clean and front desk was very friendly and welcoming but I won't be returning. Services: Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring

Made a appointment today with Brittany Padilla. I came on time. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer I have to wait. I was told 15 more minutes. Then Brittany asked the front desk what is appointment for? No communication from Brittany, no apologies. Extremely rude and unprofessional. How does a stylist not know her schedule and take somebody else off the street, knowing they have somebody else coming? I cannot believe how you can run business like that. Service: Haircut
