I came today to have a haircut, a woman who will cut my hair was telling me that next time before i come to have a haircut i need to wash my hair because of my hard spray gel. I’ve been coming always to have a haircut with my gel on because either I came from church or work I like this haircut area because they always bring a good result on my hair. It is the first time I experienced that the staff was so rude and telling me to have a wash hair before coming to have a haircut. Based on my experience when I have my gel on they usually wash my hair first but this staff was just spraying water on my hair, then when she realized that the gel is too hard to take off she decided to wash my hair with complaints and I told her that everytime I come here they always wash my hair before cutting and she told me that is not part of her job to wash the hair. Then when I show her a picture of the haircut that I want, she disagreed and telling me that it is not nice and not good for me. I told her

I have been going here for about 7 years and have had some good and bad cuts but have never had something like this. The line around my ear is insanely angular and about 1/4 inch or more different from the other. The stylist seemed to rush through, aggressively using clippers. I did not catch her name but would never let her cut my hair again. Took maybe 10 minutes slashing at my hair and obviously rushed the job and didn't mention the mistake she made around my right ear.
