Customer service is important, regardless of the pricing. It was my first time taking my daughter in for a haircut. I would never go back I felt so unwelcome by the 3 women in there. When your teen daughter notices how rude these woman are and how uncomfortable she felt. Says a lot

They accept walk ins and haircuts start at 16 dollars which is amazing.

You people that have so many complaints must have been having a bad day to find such fault with these young ladies!! I have been going to The Cutting Edge for a number of years and have NEVER had a bad haircut or color. If you have to wait i would suggest making an appointment like the window says. If you walk in you may have to wait until one of the girls are available but i would suggest while you wait that you listen to what these gals are saying to each other and their customers. I guarantee you wont leave the way you came in!! They lift my spirits every time i go. To the person that was waiting and someone came thru the door and was immediately greeted and taken to a chair, did you stop and think that person just might have an appointment and you can bet their appointments come first before any walk ins. Dayspring, Karen and Jessica are on their feet all day, smelling hair dye, permanent solution and cutting and sweeping our hair up for very little money!! Go someplace else where
