If i had an option to give less than 1 i would. I had an appointment at 2pm, we waited an hour before I had to approach them and ask if we were going to be seen. I then was told they were on lunch and it will be a longer wait. Why allow people to sit for so long before telling them it's going to be longer. Very poor customer service I will not be returning
Customer service was Great! Stylist made me feel welcome and comfortable!
