They got me in on short notice. That was great as I was going to a wedding the next day. The other thing was that they stay open later than other places. For what I needed, a trim around the ears, sides and clean up the back edge, their price was very reasonable.
Terrible customer service. The sheer incompetence of the new stylist is disgusting. Why make an appointment if I have to wait an hour to be serviced. The appointment should hold my spot for that time. Three hairstylists and none were working when I got there, loudly each called on the other to go to the front desk. No one was doing anything. Lies, one was cleaning hair off the floor. NEVER coming back here. The high desert trash.
Very professional and polite got my hair cut quick and exactly how I wanted. Not 100% sure what the name of the person cutting my hair she was short and had glasses but dang she did a amazing job!
