I Capelli Salon is a Ventura staple and standard for high-quality hair care. One of the best things about this Salon is its reliability. I know that when I go here, I will get top notch treatment, skilled service, and a warm/welcoming encounter. Service: Pascale, at the reception, is absolutely wonderful. It is rare these days that there are people who will go above and beyond to accommodate you. I appreciate the attitude all of the employees hold, always asking what the customer wants and finding ways to improve their service. They keep upping the experience every time I return! Atmosphere: Having grown up in Ventura County, I am a huge fan of the local artwork on display. There is a really impressive local artist who has paintings on display and for sale throughout the salon. I got a men’s perm not long ago, by an employee named Amanda. She was really friendly and i enjoyed talking to her while my hair was getting done. I was okay with the finishing results but most importantly i was very unhappy with how much she charged me. A month later and now my perm is gone, no curls at all. I’m not quite sure if it’s their cheap products or what but i’m very disappointed and upset with my hair right now. I will not recommend this place nor will be going back again
