Placed an order for pick up at this location, as I showed up and did curbside pick up I followed steps to get my order brought out to me I sat in my car for 20 mins and nobody came out with my order I tried to call the store and nobody bothered to pick up the phone… if this location is going to offer curbside pick up it would be nice if orders are brought out in a timely matter ….

I had my hair done a year ago i think, it was great. Excellent service. I go to ulta to buy all my girly products. Ulta + sephora is like a holy grail (my opinion only) ???? staff are always helpful too. They also have a lot of make up brands, you just gotta read the signs/little banners on top of the shelves. They also have an app wherein you can obtain points (membership points).

Tried to charge me for a “curb side pickup” order I wasn’t in town for and would no longer be able to get (I was visiting from out of town). They refused to fix the situation on their end, but said that 1) the order hadn’t been picked up - they just decided to say it was and 2) I would be indeed be charged because it was picked up in their system ???? Thankfully, the folks at HQ customer service saw through their mess and stepped in.
