Not to mention the best hot towel experience ever. Let's not forget their flexibility even on the busy days but as a courtesy definitely call ahead the day of, they don't schedule future appointments. They now also stay open until 8pm on the weekdays. I have to mention that my stylist name is Amanda and she is hands down the funniest, down to earth and talented person I know there. The manager Celeste has taken on my 2 year old daughter who has ASD with a grace and humbleness and truly is able to get her hair perfect with no meltdowns ( my daughter won't even allow me to brush her hair). I'm grateful to the ladies here and will recommend to anyone.

I have been going here for a long time now and not only does it seem like the price goes up constantly but today the two poor employees were having big problems with the computer. They are shorthanded as anyone can see but leaving them out on their own to figure out how to make the computer work isn't cool. Since the management has seen fit to keep raising prices then the computer system should at least work so customers don't have to go next door and PAY 3 extra bucks to get cash to pay for it. Get it together please or watch yourself get priced right out of the market. P.S. I can go get the same cut for 5 bucks more at a private place where I am the only person there during my turn. This being said the entire staff there are awesome people.
