Quality went downhill, only 1 person working , she rushes, cause people waiting. Treat customers nicely, rude. Butchered my hair!
This place has no business ethics.
This place is trash. The customer service wasn’t very nice at all. They are very rude, and talk mess in their own language. I asked the filipino lady how much was a facial, she said $300 when it clearly says on their price on the wall $45. I told how I want my hair and that I don’t want it too short and I like my hair thick, I just wanted my split ends cut and decided to go with China bangs. Guess what the b*tch did? She made it very short and made my hair even thinner. She even tried to flat iron my hair just to make it look good but that’s not a normal look because I don’t flat iron my hair everyday. DO NOT GO HERE! They get 0 stars. The whole place needs to be shutdown. They are no good.
