Got a wax done by Susan and she did an amazing job! She's very friendly, and very thorough with her waxing! Tried out the chocolate wax they use for sensitive skin and I like it very much. Will be a returning customer.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for my eyebrows and the lady who helped me was extremely rude. She was selling her services the entire time even when I changed the topic she kept on telling me about the different massages she gives and trying to pressure me to book apt with her. When I told her I’m only interested in getting my eyebrows done, she didn’t like it and started behaving differently with me. She didn’t even let me check out how she did my eyebrows. Normally the place I go to, they give me a mirror at the end to see if I am satisfied with the results but she just told me you are done and went straight to the cashier counter. While I was still sitting on the chair, she asked another customer to go and sit on the same chair I was sitting. I had to rush myself and pick up my stuff. I felt so bad and humiliated. This has never happened at any other place I been to. On top of that, when I showed her the Groupon, she didn’t even honor it. She charged me service fee as well which is fine
