I had an appointment with this salon that I booked through their website. When the appointment time and date came the salon was closed and they did not answer the phone. My appointment was confirmed not only after I booked but also the day before. Not only this but months earlier I made an appointment and it was canceled and they did not try to reschedule. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and level of professionalism. This place came highly recommended but it was a complete waste of time. I do not recommend.

Jenn knows how to work with curly hair. It is so hard to find a stylist that know how to work with (and not against) curly hair. She will ask you questions about your routine and will give suggestions-not something that occurs in my experience.
