Salon De Cheveux

3.5 stars; my experience was fine. People were nice, but I was hoping for more professional. Keith’s consultation with me was extremely short, he didn’t ask how I normally style my hair, what products I typically used, etc. He shampooed twice, then conditioned, but didn’t let the conditioner sit at all - he immediately rinsed. Additionally, he rinsed the conditioner with very warm water, but it’s been recommended to me to rinse with cooler water for the hair follicles to lay down. I wonder if they’re up-to-date on training because of this. I did appreciate that he asked me about the temperature wondering if it was too hot, which it wasn’t, but I did expect an adjustment once it was conditioning time. Pro: for an introvert like me, Keith read the room and we didn’t have to chat non-stop. Equipment seemed older, and the space wasn’t well-kept. I didn’t walk away loving my cut, but also didn’t have confidence that it would be better with changes. I wish I had said something at the time, b

Alla is the best stylist ever. She has helped me gain the true color I have been wanting. Everyone at the Salon are so friendly , welcoming and professional. I am even able to bring in my fur baby Coco , she is allowed to visit everyone’s station and even greet clients. I am so happy to have found such a salon, I am a client for life. I took my 14 year old daughter here for a haircut on a Saturday morning. They were out of towels so after washing they had nothing to use to dry her hair. Her whole sweatshirt was wet. The lady cutting her hair did a terrible job. Her hair is now two different lengths. The stylist didn’t even ask how she wanted it styled or how she normally styles her hair. She blew it dry and it looked like a cut and style for a much older woman. I feel so bad for my daughter and upset I paid so much for a terrible experience. Service: Haircut
