First of all, I thought the customer service was excellent. I had made an appointment online and then was called to discuss it. The front desk employees were very friendly, too. I had seen on the “Neighborhood” app that Brianna Gomez was recommended. I made my appointment with her and was very happy I did. She did a great job and has such a sweet personality. The second time I went in to get highlights, I made my appointment with Brianna again. She did an excellent job and her BFF Madelyn Johnston assisted with putting the foils in. They were wonderful at what they did and fun to just listen to. I thoroughly enjoyed the work they did. I thought the coaches were very impressive and appreciated how the girls listened and respected them. I have gotten tons of compliments on my hair and am so happy I was Brianna’s client. I highly recommend her!

I've had my haircut, colored and blown out in addition to facial waxing and a facial. All have been great. I'm very impressed with the talent and energy at the Paul Mitchell School. It is a high recommend and a hidden treasure, not to mention a huge savings! You will spend more time, but in the end it's a very decent service.

I drove an hour to get here to my appointment, I was really looking forward to it, I got in time, but since I showed up with my baby in a stroller I wasn't able to get to my appointment. Dogs were perfectly allowed there laying on the floor but no babies. There's NO WHERE in their page that says no babies allowed, and instead of working something out they just simply forbid me to enter.El
